To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will make an estimate of the revenue from value added tax on soft drinks at the rate of 17.5 per cent. for the current financial year; and what the comparable figures would be if the rate were to be (a) 4 per cent. and (b) 9 per cent.
