(3) how much was paid by Rolls-Royce for the Leavesden site.
§ Mr. Archie HamiltonThe details of the sale of the Leavesden site to Rolls-Royce are commercial-inconfidence. Although we did not know in advance that Rolls-Royce intended to close its Leavesden factory, we were aware that it wished to rationalise its operations on the site and our arrangements for sale took account of this.
