§ Mr. LeighThe Department's Estimates were published on 12 March. Within these the National Engineering Laboratory executive agency has been allocated a budget of £21.119 million. Of this, the proportion allocated to staff costs, defined as salary, ERNIC, superannuation and overtime for both permanent and casual staff, is about 41 per cent.
