§ The Attorney-GeneralQuestions on the day-to-day running of executive agencies are best answered by their chief executives. However, the gross expenditure provision for the Land Registry for 1991–92 is £236,067,000 of which 68.7 per cent. has been allocated to staff costs.
The registry operates a "token" vote, since the whole of its expenditure provision is expected to be fully met by fees paid by applicants.
