To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what is the 1991–92 annual budget for the Driving Standards Agency; and what is the percentage allocated to staff costs.

§ Mr. Chope
The Driving Standards Agency plans ,to spend £50.4 million in 1991–92, 68 per cent. of which would be direct staff costs.
