To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make representations to the Governments of China, South Korea, Thailand and Taiwan about their continuing to allow the trade in rhino horn.

We fully support efforts to stop the trade in rhino horn. We shall therefore raise this issue when appropriate in our contacts with the authorities in the People's Republic of China, the Republic of Korea, and Thailand. We have no governmental dealings with the authorities in Taiwan.
