§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryAll nuclear material in use by Euratom is under safeguards, as provided for in Infcirc 193 —agreement between the International Atomic Energy Agency and the Euratom non-nuclear weapons states—and under the safeguards arrangements set out in chapter VII of the Euratom treaty 1957.
