To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment how much money has been made available to Lambeth council for the tenant incentive scheme; and how much has been taken up.

Lambeth borough council has been allocated £1 million for cash incentive grants to its tenants in 1991–92 under the Government's homelessness initiative. None of this funding has yet been taken up by the council.
