§ Mr. LeighI am happy to announce that the Government have decided to invite Sydney Samuelson to establish a United Kingdom film commission to promote the United Kingdom as a place to make films and that the commission will receive grants from the DTI totalling £3.5 million over the next four years. The Department will discuss with the commission detailed terms and conditions.
