§ Mr. KeyIn February we issued annual programme guidance for the urban programme for 1992–93 which encourages greater targeting of resources on smaller areas; continued emphasis on economic projects; packaging of resources with other public and private sector funds; and partnerships with other key participants in inner city regeneration. The quality of programmes brought forward by authorities will be taken into account in distributing the final allocation of resources.
