§ Mr. Fallon[holding answer 29 April 1991]: The PGCE and B.Ed courses presently operating under temporary approval are listed in the table. The Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education—CATE—intends to complete its scrutiny of these courses and make its recommendations to the Secretary of State by the end of July.
