§ Mr. Kenneth BakerI have recently appointed two further members to the Police Complaints Authority. Mrs. Linda Cawsey will join the authority on 13 May and Mr. Mark Chapman on 10 June. Mrs. Cawsey was until recently a senior manager with BP International Ltd. while Mr. Chapman was formerly Her Majesty's ambassador to Iceland.
