§ Mr. NeedhamThere are no proposals to remove graffiti. District councils are empowered under article 18 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 to remove graffiti from private property. Government Departments and statutory bodies are responsible for the removal of graffiti from their own properties.
