§ Mr. Michael Forsyth[holding answer 7 May 1991]: I have asked health boards and local authority social work departments to submit planning agreements to me by 1 July 1991. These statements will indicate what agreements health boards and local authorities have reached on their respective responsibilities for obtaining community care; and what financial resources each will provide towards obtaining such care.
