§ Mr. RedmondTo ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will list all the companies in the Chancery Group, the regulatory body each company is a member of, and the date of the last accounts of each company filed at Companies house.
§ Mr. RedwoodThe registrar has confirmed that a company called Chancery Group plc was incorporated on 6 June 1990. The first accounts, for the period ending 31 March 1991, in which subsidiary companies would be listed are due be filed by 31 October 1991.
Chancery plc is an authorised institution under the Banking Act 1987 and a member of the Securities and Futures Authority.
