HC Deb 08 May 1991 vol 190 c535W
Sir Geoffrey Finsberg

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will make a statement on the long-term forecast of demand for aggregates.

Mr. Yeo

[pursuant to his reply, 7 May Official Report, column 401]: In announcing the publication of the long-term forecasts of demand for aggregates I should like to make it clear that the figures of 421 million tonnes per annum and 490 million tonnes per annum referred to in the second paragraph relate to the forecast in 2011 and not 2001 as stated.
