To ask the Secretary of State for Health if he is yet in a position to publish the Government's response to the 10th report of the Social Services Committee, Session 1989–90, on its inquiry into the working of the conscience clause in the Abortion Act 1967.

The Government have today published, as Command Paper 1538, their response to the 10th report from the Social Services Committee, Session 1989–90. Copies are available from the Vote Office and have been placed in the Library.
