§ Mr. HowardCumbria training and enterprise council is now responsible for training schemes in Cumbria and is currently restructuring ET to meet local needs more effectively. It will be launching several new training packages today, including pre-recruitment training, short duration training and a training and recruitment package. This is an excellent initiative showing how TECs can provide an immediate and flexible response to the needs of their constituents.
