§ Mr. BeggsTo ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland when he will publish details of regulations and licences to cover generators, transmission, distribution and supply and the grid code for successor companies to Northern Ireland Electricity.
§ Mr. NeedhamI expect to be able to place preliminary drafts of licences for the generation, transmission and supply of electricity in the Libraries of both Houses and in the Assembly Vote Office at Stormont before the end of June 1991. Details of a grid code will be available later in the year.
