§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyBradford metropolitan council's draft byelaws were resubmitted to the Department following earlier consideration and were received on 20 December 1990.
Having considered the revision, the Department is now content with the draft byelaws and is writing to the council setting out further procedures it needs to follow.
