§ Dr. MawhinneyAt present my right hon. and noble Friend the Paymaster General has no plans to review the teachers' pay and conditions of service negotiating arrangements. Following the recommendations of the Northern Ireland Teachers' Salaries and Conditions of Service Committee, the Department of Education makes regulations prescribing the rate of salaries and conditions of service.
