§ Sir Wyn RobertsThe traffic signals are to be provided as part of an improvement to Earlswood roundabout and will be permanent, operating on a part-time basis at peak periods. The roundabout is being used as a temporary access for the M4 construction between Earlswood and Lonlas. Should the improvement and the traffic lights be installed now, serious contractual problems would result.
