§ The Attorney-GeneralThe operation of the Court of Protection is financed by those who use it. During the financial year ending 31 March 1991 there was no cost to the public purse.
The fee income for that year was £7,750,423.01.

§ The Attorney-GeneralThe total number of patients whose affairs are currently being administered by the Court of Protection is 30,842 as at 30 April 1991.
