To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment when he will publish the annual report of Her Majesty's inspectorate of pollution for 1989–90.

Her Majesty's inspectorate of pollution published its third annual report covering 1989–90 yesterday. Copies have been placed in the Libraries of both Houses.
