§ Mr. Kenneth BakerThe only statistics collected on cosmetics and toiletries relate to procedures carried out in safety evaluation. In 1989 less than 0.4 per cent. of all procedures started in Great Britain were concerned with the safety testing of cosmetics and toiletries.
