HC Deb 28 March 1991 vol 188 cc582-3W
Mr. Tony Banks

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how many parking tickets were received and paid by his Department in each year since 1988 in respect of official vehicles.

The responsibility for parking fines incurred by official vehicles was until April 1990 the responsibility of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment. Since that date 15 fines totalling £240 are attributed to vehicles of my Department.
