Mr. JacksonTraining and enterprise councils have a contractual requirement to meet the training needs of individuals in certain special groups. It is for TECs to decide in the light of local circumstances with which providers they will contract. My Department does not keep information on the training providers with whom TECs sign contracts or details of their contract negotiations.
