§ Mr. LewisTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport what has been the cause of delays in the completion of the work between junctions 12 and 13 of the M62 motorway at Eccles/Worsley.
§ Mr. ChopeThe works have been more extensive than initally thought necessary and in order to keep delays to a minimum in the long term, we are completing all the works required during the present closures.
