To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what arrangements he is making to publish the management statement for Scottish Enterprise.

Mr. Allan Stewart

The Scottish Enterprise management statement sets out the financial, managerial and operational framework within which Scottish Enterprise will operate.

I am arranging for copies to be laid in the Libraries of both Houses of Parliament.
