What grant was paid in 1990–91 for education and children's services to (a) Greenwich Borough Council and (b) Wandsworth Borough Council, and what were the reasons for any difference.

Revenue support grant is not paid to local authorities in support of any particular service. It is a matter for the authorities concerned how they wish to use all available resources.
