§ Mr. BeithTo ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, further to his answer to the right hon. Member for Worthing (Mr. Higgins) of 15 February,Official Report, column 624, if he will estimate the increase in the standard rate of income tax which would be required to yield the same revenue as his revised estimate of the yield of the community charge in 1991–92, following his Budget announcement on measures to reduce the amounts raised in community charge.
