§ Mr. ForthEstimates provide for grant in aid to the Health and Safety Commission in 1991–92 of £140 million; an increase of £20 million over the 1990–91 level. Full details of Health and Safety Commission and Executive plans for use of these resources will be published in the plan of work for 1991–92 and beyond in the spring.
