§ Mrs. RumboldOn 8 March 1991 nine Immigration Act detainees, held pending deportation on grounds of national security, were released from Her Majesty's prison Wormwood Scrubs and 24 from Her Majesty's prison Full Sutton. No other prison service establishments were holding these detainees.
