§ Mr. McloughlinThe greater part of the cargo was consigned to two commercial concerns, dealing in industrial explosives, in Dublin. The rest was for the Irish Ministry of Defence. The ultimate destination of the consignments is not known; there are regular shipments of explosives through Drogheda. On occasions these include consignments for the Irish. Ministry of Defence, and the marine accident investigation branch expects to complete its investigation next month.
