§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe total refining capacities for Iraqi and Kuwaiti oil refineries, which I gave the hon. Member for Strathkelvin and Bearsden (Mr. Galbraith) in my answer of 13 November 1990 at col.115, remain unchanged following the Gulf war. We do not yet know, however, to what extent the operational capabilities of the refineries in Kuwait may have been damaged during hostilities.
