To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he will establish a job club in Carrickfergus; and if he will make a statement.

§ Mr. Needham
No. There are job clubs in nearby Larne, Newtownabbey and Belfast. Unemployed people who have to travel to make use of job clubs have their fares reimbursed and so are not out of pocket.
