§ Mr. Archie Hamilton[holding answer 20 March 1991]: There is no specific date in the year for payment of licence fees for hunts to hunt on Ministry of Defence land. Licences with hunts commence on different dates in the year and payment is required at the start of the licence period and before the hunt enters MOD land.
