§ Mr. Lennox-BoydTibetan refugees in the United Kingdom are treated in exactly the same way as any other refugees in this country. Our assistance to refugees overseas is channelled through the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. In the financial year 1989–90 we contributed £19.1 million to the UNHCR.
