§ Mr. Lennox-BoydWe have no plans to provide financial aid to the Soviet Union. With our EC partners we have agreed to provide £177 million in food assistance and £350 million as a credit for food purchases. We also aim to offer technical assistance from our know-how fund, to the sum of £20 million over two years.
