To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Science how many meetings of Birmingham city action team were held in 1990; and how many meetings have been held in the current year.

The Birmingham city action team meets approximately once a month. It had 10 meetings in 1990 and has had four meetings in the first three months of 1991.
