To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will list, by date and title, all planning circulars published by his Department since 1979.

The Department of the Environment/Welsh Office index of current planning guidance (May 1990) includes a chronological list of planning circulars extant at 30 April 1990. The following Department of the Environment planning circulars have since been issued:

  • 9/90 (W.O. 28/90), Crime Prevention: The Success of the Partnership Approach;
    • 41
  • 14/90 (W.O. 20/90), Electricity Generating Stations and Overhead Lines;
  • 15/90 (W.O. 36/90), Consolidation of the Town and Country Planning Legislation;
  • 22/90 (W.O. 55/90), Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Amendment) Regulations 1990.
