To ask the Attorney-General whether he will list the average length in days of trials(a) on indictment and (b) in county courts in (i) England, (ii) Wales and (iii) Northern Ireland over the last five years.

Separate information is not available for England and Wales. The table sets out the average payment to(a) solicitors and (b) barristers from all forms of legal aid but excludes disbursements.
