§ Dr. MawhinneyThe recently published report on the Government's expenditure plans and priorities gives further information about the resource allocations announced last November by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State are being utilised for the benefit of Northern Ireland. The report shows the very substantial programme of work in which all Departments are engaged, covering the full spectrum of economic, social and environmental provision.
