Whether they will ensure that the Gulf fund will provide immediate relief to individual Palestinians who have lost livelihood and property in Kuwait and elsewhere as a result of the Gulf war and who have no government to receive compensation on their behalf.
The Earl of Caithness:The Gulf Trust was established as a public charitable trust for members of the public and other donors to contribute towards the support of British Service personnel and their dependants who suffered as a result of the conflict in the Gulf. Its remit does not include the provision of relief to Palestinians.
