§ Mr. CurryThe closing date for the receipt of applications from organisations wishing to participate in the 1991 scheme is 22 March.
The detailed arrangements mentioned by the hon. Member can be finalised only after all the applications have been examined following the closing date. The intervention board will be replying to Mr. Clipsom shortly along those lines.
