§ Mr. DorrellBetween 1 October 1990 and 28 February 1991, 509 dentists withdrew from Family Health Services Authority—FHSA—dental lists in England, and 394 dentists were added to those lists. This represents a net decrease of 115, less than 0.7 per cent. of the total. The details for each FHSA in England are set out in the table.
