§ Mr. HanleyAt 31 March 1990, the latest date for which figures are available, 215,604 people were receiving retirement pension and non-contributory retirement pension. Up to 28 February 1991, 30,897 cold weather payments were made in respect of the period 1 to 14 February to people getting income support including pensioners.
