§ Mr. Lennox-BoydWe continue to develop an active and comprehensive human rights policy. It would not be possible to do it justice in a single document. We have however recently made public as a foreign policy document the guidelines issued to our posts abroad and FCO Departments at the end of last year. I am arranging to place a copy of the document, under the title "Human Rights in Foreign Policy", in the Library of the House.
