§ Mr. Garel-JonesMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State had excellent talks in Bonn with Chancellor Kohl on 11 March. He and my right hon. Friends, the Secretary of State for Defence, the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Minister for Overseas Development also had talks with their opposite numbers. The subjects discussed included the Gulf, the Soviet Union and eastern Europe, and European Community and alliance issues.
