To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, pursuant to his reply of 7 March,Official Report, column 243, when he expects the official English translation of the Leybucht Bay judgment to be available to him.

Responsibility for the production of the official English translation of the judgment rests with the European Court of Justice. I cannot forecast when this will be available.
